Dimitri came to the United States as a foreign exchange student when he was 16 for a year and a half. He lived in Texas and graduated high school there. He then went to a university in England for four years where he earned his degree in Business. After serving in the Greek army as an officer, Dimitri decided to move to the United States eight years ago. He is a first generation immigrant.
After working for other Greek restaurants and cooking as a hobby, he decided he wanted to realize his dream of owning his own restaurant where the ingredients would be traditional, fresh and locally sourced when and where available. In fact, 95% of all the food at Feta is made in house, by Dimitri and his family and staff.
